If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. (Refund must be postmarked within 7 business days of receipt and provide tracking information to ensure delivery). Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was received ie not worn, washed, stained, damaged, nor altered.
RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE
- We do not cover shipping cost back to us.

- Once your email has been received, you will get a reply with further details on how to return your item either for exchange or refund.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt. Please note that this may take longer during busy periods.
- We do not offer exchanges on sale items or items that have been promoted.
Sale items or items purchased in the sale section can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details.
